Matt Neale established Greybridge in 2012, after deciding he really wanted to set up the type of recruitment consultancy that he himself would love to work for.
Previously Matt worked for a well-known scale up recruiter in London and was instrumental to the development of their Project & Change Management team for Commerce & Industry.
A top performing consultant and armed with a wealth of experience, he relocated to the West Midlands to realise this ambition.
Greybridge is the only Change Management recruiter in the area and we are really proud of the positive reputation we have earned.
