Matthew Neale
Director at Greybridge Search & Selection

Matt founded Greybridge in 2012 with the aim of providing an exceptional level of service to blue chip clients and top tier candidates within the interrelated fields of Project and Change Management, Consultancy and Strategy.

In just three years, Greybridge has expanded to employ nine people across three offices, and regularly works with some of the largest and best known companies in the country. Greybridge has gone from strength to strength, with revenue growing by nearly 200% in 2015, an enviable rate of repeat business from clients, and one of the lowest rates of staff turnover in the industry.

Matt specialises in Project and Change Management recruitment within the retail sector. He has helped the majority of the UK’s top retail brands resource major initiatives with Programme Managers, Project Managers, Change Managers, Business Analysts, SMEs and PMO staff.

Leah Heppell
Partner at Greybridge

Leah joined Greybridge in August 2014, piloting the company’s Project and Change department within the financial services industry. In this relatively short space of time she has developed Preferred Supplier List relationships for financial services companies in London and the Midlands, successfully placing Programme Directors, Business Change Consultants and Project Managers with high profile employers. She now recruits within Project and Change up to the Director level.

Richard Adams
Partner at Greybridge

Richard is responsible for Consultancy Recruitment at Greybridge, covering both permanent and interim roles. He looks for hires in the ‘Experienced’ to ‘Senior’ categories – typically salaries ranging from £50k to £200k pa, or £450 to £1500 per day – for roles in businesses which deal with sector-specific consulting. These range from smaller, boutique firms to huge global players. Examples might include Sector Agnostic Programme Directors for well-known change consultancies, or Interim Project and Programme Directors and other specialised positions within the Life Sciences sector.

Loz Harris
Head of Operations

Loz joined Greybridge in October 2015. She handles the everyday functions of the office, ensuring the company is running efficiently and is compliant in all the areas where compliance is required. And she’s always on hand to assist with any queries or questions from potential candidates or clients.
