Researcher – Leamington Spa

You will spend your day talking through jobs and identifying candidates to fill those jobs.You will also be responsible for approaching and interviewing the selected candidates, with a view to placing them in a business.

We need to see a strong drive to completing tasks, a thorough approach to work, and someone able to work above and beyond to bring the whole team forward. You’ll need to be comfortable talking to lots of people on the phone and have great interpersonal skills. If you don’t then this isn’t the job for you!

Administrator – Leamington Spa

Annual Basic Salary£18,000 – £24,000

Administrator_Using_Computer_In_Office_Job_VacancyAs the Greybridge Administrator , you will be responsible for the day to day running of the office and be the main point of contact for all incoming calls.

You will need to be a confident and strong-minded individual. You will be able to multi-task and deal with the daily requirements of a busy team. As well as good verbal communication skills, you will possess strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and have solid commercial awareness. We are looking for somebody who assumes responsibility, can self-manage and always demonstrates professionalism in all aspects of work.

Your main areas of focus will include but are not limited to:

  • Creation of contracts for all new starts (employees, contractors, clients)
  • Management of current suppliers
  • Arranging internal and external meetings and larger corporate events
  • Building and maintaining relationship with contractors on a daily basis
  • HR responsibilities
  • Management of invoices/accounts (which are then outsourced)
  • Internal system management and responsibility for ordering company stationery and other goods
  • Adhoc duties within the office where required

Recruitment Consultant – Leamington Spa

Annual Basic Salary£22,000 – £27,000 + Commission

Although experience in recruitment is essential, we also have a combined 30 years plus experience in the office working in the field. This means, our more experienced Consultants can help you develop your style and approach to the sometimes complex world of recruitment, as required. A degree is also advantageous but not essential.

A strong drive to complete tasks needs to be demonstrated as well as a thorough approach to work. To be successful in your application, you will need to  understand that this is a sales position, requiring someone able to work above and beyond to bring the whole team forward.

The role will have a 360 focus and is well established with client & candidates in place. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced consultant to join us and hit the ground running. In time, there is an opportunity for you to take the initiative and develop your own area of interest within the field of Strategy & Change.
