After working with PWC on a number of roles in early 2017, a partner from the Change Practice of PWC contacted us to ask Greybridge to facilitate with the search for Senior Managers and Directors for the team.

The Project:

Initially the recruitment drive was led by one Partner from the Change and Transformation team, but as the project successfully moved forward we had requests from a number of other Directors and Partners from affiliated teams looking to grow other business units.


The methodology here is straightforward, namely we maintain an active network of the best and brightest in the Professional Services space, via recommendations, referrals and ongoing market mapping. Deceptively simple, but effective nonetheless!


The recruitment arrangement with PWC/ Strategy continues to be a mutually beneficial on-going process but to date; we have placed candidates in a number of teams and have ongoing interviews happening regularly. A great account to manage.
