Mark was the Head of Projects at Halfords from 2015 – 2018. We supported Mark with a number of Business Analysts, Project Managers and Change Managers throughout his time there. He had a fabulous relationship with all of his team and along with his great personality, he was always a winner at interview stage.
How Did You Meet Greybridge?
I met Matt through a previous role, so when I needed to hire contractors, Greybridge was my obvious choice.
Unfortunately, there are enough people in the recruitment industry to give it a bad reputation but I knew about Greybridge and their very good track record.
Your Greybridge Experience?
If you need someone quickly, Greybridge are always ready to deliver. They always have the right attitude and instinctively know which candidate will fit a role. What I really like is that although someone might be the perfect fit on paper, they may not fit culturally. Greybridge don’t rely on a keyword search as so many agencies do. They just don’t work like this, they are all about the people, which is why it works so well.
How Do You Rate Greybridge?
Not only are their rates good but they understand the specialist roles they are recruiting for; in my case IT Change. They have an extensive direct network and seem to actually know their candidates; we have a trustworthy and open working relationship.
Would You Change Anything?
No! Although recruiting can sometimes be frustrating and slow internally, Greybridge work around this.
